The short version
- Ask within 30 days of a charge and we refund that charge in full. No questions asked.
- A full refund ends your subscription, so you are not charged again.
- You then have 30 days to download everything before your data is deleted. Records of your payments are kept, as tax law requires.
The rest of this page is the detail behind those three points.
How to ask
Write to Support@MarketingToolsCenter.com and tell us the email address you sign in with, so we can find the payment.
Refunds are made by hand, by us, in our payment processor, Stripe. The app does not issue them on its own.
What can be refunded
Any charge you paid us directly, whether it was your first payment or a renewal, monthly or yearly, if you ask within 30 days of that charge.
Payments are taken by Marketing Tools Center, the company behind this service. That is the name on Stripe's payment page and on your receipts. On your card statement, the charge shows a short name for the service you subscribed to.
What a refund does to your account
A full refund ends your access, the same way a cancellation does. Access ends when the refund is made, not at the end of the period you had paid for. The app also cancels your subscription, so it cannot charge you again.
You can still sign in to collect your data for 30 days. We email you the exact date your data will be deleted. Until then you can sign in and export everything. After 30 days the deletion is final, and we cannot recover anything afterward. Records of your payments — who paid, what and when — are kept by our payment processor for as long as tax and accounting law requires, at least three years. They are not deleted with your account.
A partial refund changes nothing else. It is recorded on your account, and your subscription and access carry on as before.
Canceling is not a refund
You can cancel yourself: open Profile, and choose Manage billing under Billing. Canceling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can undo it until then. It does not refund the period you are in. If you want that money back, ask for a refund within 30 days of the charge.
